Got a conditional offer from KCL! Now waiting for LSE and UCL replies. Contemplating whether I should still apply for QMUL...

Hey k2604, why don't you? This would give you more choices or was KCL your favourite?

I am now waiting for LSE, UCL, and King after having submitted all require credentials last week. Hopefully, we all are having good news from your prospective Uni.

hello, I am from Bangladesh. I got gpa 3.12 out of 4 in ll.b from a bangladeshi university and wish to do my LL.M in international business law in UK.which would be suitable for me to apply? Can I have scholarship from that university?does LL.M in international business law help me build my career in multinational company around world?

Hey guys!

I'm a Belgian student currently on exchange in Copenhagen and I applied for all 4 universities (LSE, KCL, UCL and QMUL).

I already got a conditional offer from King's. Anybody else heard something from LSE? I just got a mail from them to say that my application was complete, but I'm guessing I'll probably have to wait a few more weeks to know if I made it?

Hello badhon, Here you find programmes of LL.M. in Business Law - UK I believe you can apply at most of them. How did you calculate your gpa?

Also I'm not getting clear minimum toefl ibt score requirements..
If anybody could please help me out with Glasgow, Nottingham university, Manchester, Edinburgh.
Please suggest the colleges accepting a 97 score.

I think LSE will send the responses after new year but UCL probably send earlier. Still no reply from UCL:(

I have just received a reply from LSE that is saying I am not admitted. Looking forward to hear from UCL soon

Hello Anaktar,

my LSE application was completed on the 11th. I have thus far received three emails. The latter has the title "Complete application - important information" (sent to me on the 26th):
"Applicants for taught courses should receive an answer regarding their first choice approximately 8 weeks from the time their file is sent to the department."

I am still working on my UCL application. It should take them about 6 weeks to respond:
"If you have not heard from us within six weeks of receiving the application acknowledgement email from UCL Admissions Office, please contact llm-admissions@ucl.ac.uk, quoting your application ID number in your email."

Still waiting on LSE and QMUL as well... I believe LSE will only send offers in 2016, and QMUL takes usually 4 weeks to return to us...

Did anyone apply to Westminster?

You mentioned in the above post that you have a GPA of 3.12. How did you calculate it? Is it the result that was given to you by a Bangladeshi University or LSAC or did you convert it yourself? The reason why I am asking this, is that you requested to know what chances you may have? Depending on your GPA result your opportunities will differ. The GPA from an American University is valued differently to GPA results from India etcetera. Hope this clarifies..

yeah, my GPA is given by Bangladeshi University, Stamford University Bangladesh, a recognized private one by Bangladeshi government.

In previous years offers were handed out as early as December, but this year there were problems with the application software, so maybe that is the reason why it will take longer this year...
