Awesome, rock on!

I am! Nervous...... I've submitted my application. Just waiting for all documents to arrive at Cambridge.
Posted Oct 30, 2008 16:09
Are you at a big disadvantage if you have not applied yet? Is it me, or is there no personal statement?!
Posted Oct 30, 2008 23:42
Hi people!
I'm also concerned about the time...
Do you think is too late to apply in December?
I just can't before!
Cheers

Maybe you can e-mail Ms Suzanne Wade and ask her? She's a really nice person.

Put in my application a few weeks ago. Paper materials should arrive tomorrow.

For all who are interested, it is my understanding that the admissions board would be meeting today to consider applications--at least applications for the PhD program. However, we may not know the results of that meeting for a month or more (don't ask me why).

For those applying to Oxbridge: Which colleges have you selected and why?
Posted Nov 14, 2008 22:08
At Oxford, I chose University and Lincoln: University because the professor who agreed to supervise me is a member, and suggested that the college would give strong consideration to his suggestion that they select me; Lincoln because I know a member of the Faculty of Law who is a member there and because they have good funding for graduate students. At Cambridge, I selected King's and St. Johns, both because of their funding opportunities.

At Cambridge, I selected St John's and Conville and Cauis - both for funding. Did anyone apply for financial aid through the Cambridge Trusts? What are the chances of a full scholarship?

Hey guys, my referees will be sending in my references directly to Cambridge. The due date for the documents to arrive is only 2 days away. I wonder what will happen to my application if they do not arrive on time! Any idea?
Posted Nov 18, 2008 15:08
Sadly, I haven't a clue. But I think it would be wise to contact the Board of Graduate Studies to alert them of the possible delay.

Thx for your reply! But they have been using automated replies due to the enormous amount of inquiries. I've e-mailed the law faculty's secretary, and hopefully i'll get a reply soon. Keeping my fingers crossed now!

Yeah, that is a problem. Well, I guess you've done what you can.
Posted Nov 18, 2008 15:39
HRoark, are you applying for a master or a phd programme?
Posted Nov 18, 2008 15:53
PhD (and DPhil at Oxford) in law.
