It seems so

They changed the text on the tab on top of the Application Portal:

"The Graduate Admissions Office is currently working to a 15 working day turnaround time while we process a high volume of offers. Etc."

i'm guessing this means those of us who still are under department review should expect to see some changes after the initial March 1deadline?

Changes as in positive changes?

I might be reading too deeply into this but did anyone else notice their use of the word "offers" not decisions? Perhaps an oversight?

I think they just made a mistake and they actually mean a high volume of applications, not offers.

Best of luck to you in London, guys! We never know what is best in a long-term perspective. May be in London you will find enormous opportunities that you would not find in Cambridge!

I am still under review by the department, by the way.
Has anybody's status changed to GAO today?

Totally agree. The Cambridge LLM is a lecture based degree, which allows you to learn something but it is definitely not as intense as some small group courses at LSE. Of course, the brand name is still an asset, but the networking opportunities that London offers are at least as good as that. In sum, I would choose LSE over Cambridge if I wanted to do a UK LLM. Heads up. :)
