Hello everyone !

I would like to apply for an LLM in international law at the University of Cambridge (2020-2021). Applications start on the 2nd of September up to the 3rd of December 2019. Is it ok to submit my application in November since there are a thousand of places available for this LLM? Is the principle "first arrived, first served" apply?
