Is there anyone who got an offer but it is still written "under review by department" on the portal?
Yes - I got an email on Friday and my portal status remains under review.

Anyone received offers via email today?

I was rejected a few days ago. What are the chances that I'd get feedback about my application if I asked for it, and when would be the best time to ask?

To be honest, I think your chances for feedback are close to zero. As far as I am aware, none of the big universities gives feedback (which is also understandable given the amount of applications they receive).

Yes, it is... I still have the same status and this is becoming more and more stressful as time is running and there are less possibilities to apply to other universities.
Any updates today?

This is the problem, the minimising possibility of applying to other good universities. Have heard nothing back, have lost hope to be honest.
Assigned to my fate of attending QMUL, which is fine as it’s close to home and in the city.

Do you think at this point it's hopeless to wait a positive outcome? So why have not they rejected us yet, as they have done many people. The logic is they are permanently cutting applications from both ends-the top with the best applicants and the end with the weekest applicants. So cut applications from the top end receive offers or GAo status, while cut applications from the other end receive rejections. But how can we know to which side we are closer..? There is no way(

Let's not lose hope. I am sure we would hear something in a couple of days max.

Any attempt to explain the “logic” behind the order in which decisions are being rendered is purely speculative and serves no purpose other than making those of us still under department review more nervous/disappointed. There is no reason to lose hope because we know nothing at all about how Cambridge is taking these decisions. Just stay optimistic.

Are there any Russian applicants with GAO status or who already received offer from Cambridge?

Is anybody else perhaps slightly skeptical of those who are reporting "offers" and "updated GAO statuses"? According to the LLM website,
"All admissions decisions will have been made by 1 March. However, it may take further time before you receive notification. Applicants will be notified of the decision relating to their application via their self service account by the Graduate Admissions Office". See: https://www.llm.law.cam.ac.uk/admissions/frequently-asked-questions.html
There's nothing here about emails being sent out to successful applicants in the first instance. Moreover, why would some candidates receive offers by email and others see their portal status change to "GAO", without necessarily receiving an official offer via email. Surely GAO signals that an offer will eventually be made. Similarly, those who reported email offers still see "under review by department" as their portal status. It doesn't seem to make sense that they would notify people in different ways and change the portal status for some successful applicants but not others.
In previous threads, the consensus seemed to be that offers were still made to those "under review". The website confirms that offers may not be communicated until after 1st March. All we know is that people have been rejected, which implies that "under review" still means that there is a chance as theoretically we all could have been rejected by now. Good luck to all - I'm still keeping optimistic. I might be wrong, but I'm skeptical of the fact that some people are being made offers with no concomitant portal status change, and some are seeing portal status changes with no offer. All we know is that we haven't yet been rejected (and didn't it say somewhere that those who had been rejected would find out first as offers take longer to process...?)

Yup! Still under review by department.
Separately, a couple of my friends received acceptances from Cambridge towards the end of March last year. So there's still a good chance for everyone here.
All the best!

They changed the text on the tab on top of the Application Portal:
"The Graduate Admissions Office is currently working to a 15 working day turnaround time while we process a high volume of offers. Etc."
i'm guessing this means those of us who still are under department review should expect to see some changes after the initial March 1deadline?
