Guys, looks like Ms. Wade is working today. I just received a response to my email from her (reproduced below):
"Thank you for your emails and please accept my apologies for the delay in replying. I am very pleased to confirm that you have been recommended by the Faculty of Law to the Graduate Admissions Office for a conditional offer for the Cambridge LLM programme. The GAO will update your self-service account once they have processed your file. Please note that this could take approximately 7 working days as the University is processing a very large number of applications at the moment.

I received the same email from Ms. Wade today and also at 'Awaiting decision by the Board of Graduate Studies' as of yet.
So does this mean we ll be getting a conditional offer for sure? like 100%?

Plainly read, the email only says we are being 'recommended' for an offer and does not confirm the offer itself. But has anyone been rejected after being BOGSd or receiving an email of recommendation for conditional offer from Ms. Wade? Guys?

It is April Fools Day but no matter how sadistic we think they might have become with their admissions process and how cynical the elongated wait has made us, I doubt they would pull a prank with us on that scale! haha :)
