Just to let other people admitted to St Edmund's know, I got a letter in the post from them today confirming my membership. I live in Ireland so naturally it probably got here fairly quickly, so if you live outside of Europe you may have to wait a little longer but I'm sure yours is on the way.

Hey, I am from Pakistan and I too received the letter from St. Edmunds a few days ago. =) Looking forward to seeing you there.

Anyone still waiting to hear from a college? It says online it'd be on average three weeks from when the offer is given for us to find out but it's been almost 5 for me and I've still not heard :(

I'm in the same boat, and it's been 6 weeks for me. I think I will phone them tomorrow to (maybe) get an update on this

Which college did you preference? The average turnaround at the highly oversubscribed colleges like King's and Trinity is usually longer than average.

My first preference was Christ College, however I was informed that my application was unsuccessful. Second preference was Trinity....although I highly doubt that is going to happen

Any news on scholarship decisions? The only condition I have to meet is to submit the financial undertaking form, but I guess that'll have to wait, considering no one seems to have heard anything regarding scholarships so far...

I just got off the phone with the Graduate Admission's Office.
For those worried about not meeting the 31 July deadline - apparently they are not very strict with that deadline. We can send transcripts after that date.
For those who have not been allocated a college yet - phone them. I was told that I'll probably end up at St Edmund's.

For those still interested, Ms Wade got back to me about the terms of the offer. She said:
'I confirm that the academic condition of your offer refers to the final
year of your degree; the LLM Admissions Committee require you to obtain
a First Class result for your final year as a whole'
I am still no more sure as to exactly how they shall determine whether my result is a first class results but nonetheless that is the condition.

Hi, has anyone here been accepted at Pembroke? I didn't know much about colleges while applying and put Pembroke as my preference. But now I don't see anyone having asked for Pembroke. Just hoping this doesn't make much of a difference :)

That's quite odd. I always thought that the condition just meant an overall first class in the degree...

Hi! Has anyone heard anything on the Cambridge Trust scholarship? I thought they give results on the scholarships in June. Any news on this front?
