Hi, everybody!
Please, advice on my question:
should I apply to Cambridge University now, If I have the pack completed, except IELTS certificate? The exam will be held only in the end of October, and results will be received in November. I will probably be in time to apply until Dec. 1st (deadline), but in the guide book they say, the priority gets that one, who send earlier. So, do you think it's OK to send IELTS certificate separately later?
Thank you in advance!
Yuliya.

Hello Yuliya,
You should absolutely apply to Cambridge now, and send in the IELTS certificate later. I applied to Oxbridge last autumn, but didn't send in my IELTS result until February this year. That didn't cause any problems.
Btw, this is what Cambridge answered when I last year e-mailed them about the same question that you have asked:
"You do not need to take the test before you apply for the LLM at Cambridge. Do not delay sending in your application in order to include test results. If you are made an offer and you have not already sent the Board of Graduate Studies a
copy of your results from an English language test which you have taken and passed in the last two years, one of the conditions of admission will be that you pass a test at the correct level (please see below)."
Good luck,
Hans
