I agree. Still waiting my an answer from accomodation but since I applied a little latter then it was reasonable I am not holding my breath.

I know there are great studios near Royal Oak station (Kensington) for around 260 but would like something close to LSE (and a tube station)

I've been looking for accommodation near LSE. In my case, 260 per week is a lot of money, but perhaps with groups of three the monthly payment could be 600 per month.
