You guys who have received or are about to receive an offer from LSE, are any of you thinking about declining it in favor of UCL or KCL?

I received offers from both UCL and LSE. If I do not hear any good news from Oxbrigde then LSE is the choice. Frankly for its reputation here in my country.

I, too, have offers from both KCL and LSE. Unless Oxbridge accept me, I'll definitely go for LSE, primarily because of its reputation. Additionally, the reports about KCL by some guys I know who have pursued a Double Degree (1 y at my university, 1 y LL.M. at KCL) have put me off.

Hello everyone:
I applied on 25.11.2011 and received LSE offer on 19.01.2012. I received a conditional offer (to pass toefl with 109).
My questions are the following:
1) Which is the exact deadline for passing toefl with required score?
2) If you won't pass, are there any pre-sessional courses or your application will be rejected?

to answer, just paste website link is helpful :)

Concering duration of programme and accommodation: according to my offer, the LLM seems to last till Sept. 2013. But is it really necessary to stay in London after the exams in June? I mean, otherwise we would have to stay for at least 50 weeks and could thus only choose between Sidney, Butlers and Dwarf as accommodation (see: http://www2.lse.ac.uk/lifeAtLSE/accommodation/forStudents/Documents/AccommFees.pdf). Anyone?

a known acquaintance of mine did her LLM last year came back to India after exams and worked oň the dissertation.... that was cost effective for her coz she would have spent £2000 if she would have been in London and her travel cost was £1000...
so the answer to ur query is u can return back to home country after exams and work oň ur dissertation and come back to submit it....
