Where are you from? I was going to recommend looking up masters from non-english speaking countries like Italy, France or Spain (I believe the ''laurea magistrale'' in Bologna is as cheap as 3000 EUR).

However, I've read french masters may not have an equivalent in your country, and I don't know if that's the same case for spanish and italian masters. Of course, the language barrier is another issue.

An actual LL.M. that has a price around 15000 USD would be the one offered by Leiden (18000, if I'm not mistaken) and in this case is taught in English.

Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately I can't speak italian or spanish. I can speak English and Turkish. Also my french is not that good. So it has to be in English. I will check out Leiden. Thank you.

I would check Maastricht and Gröningen. I think Maastricht will be in your desired range, but check it. You may want to check Oslo as well.
UK fees are usually a lot higher.

Thank you for responding. I have checked the programmes that you have mentioned and they are in my range. Also it turnes out that Norway offers free education to students which was shocking to me.

1f604 glad it helped. You can find free master's in other countries outside Europe... South Korea, China, Brazil... If you receive a scholarship, you may even be paid to study... In Brazil, you need to speak Portuguese, though. South Korea and China offer programs in English.

China and Hong Kong might be good options as well. Thank you.

For the University of Groningen, unfortunately there is no start date for LLMs in January. There are only September start dates. I hope this helps. :)
