Recognition or accreditation of prior study

Do the European LLM (Utrecht, Amsterdam, FU Berlin, Leiden etc) recognize prior postgraduate study completed at overseas institutions? If so, how many credits points or units of study?

What do you mean? Are you asking if you could waive credits if you've done graduate work elsewhere? I doubt it, but you should ask the schools you're applying to.
