Hi everybody!!!

For those who are asking information of the Master in the Alicante University, I'm alumni of the last edition, the one finished in June 2009.
My perspective and impression of the master was 95% positive. The program is very good and the teachers are excellent, please notice that each lecture have one different teacher specialized in the topic, from around Europe, and for International topics I would said around the world (We had teachers from USA, Latin America, Asia), so in the beginning you could feel kind of lost with a different teacher every day but at the end is a wonderful experience and opportunity to learn different approaches.

I should point that the master have great connections and is very linked to the OHIM, and for the trademark module is very important, because you have examiner, directors, member of Boards of Appeal and that kind of important people who deals everyday with TM, training you.
Same connection is established with the European Patent Office in the Patent Module.

The practice program is very good too; you have the option to access to well-known law firms in Spain and rest of Europe, and also in OHIM and EPO.

Finally, I should advice you that classes are 50% in Spanish and 50% in English, at least this year, so you have to have a good level in both languages, for non Spanish speakers, the University offers Spanish classes, and my friends for this year learn to speak Spanish, and understood almost all the classes

Alicante is a beautiful place and a very cheap city, and the campus is great!!!

I hope my contribution help you to make your decision, I think mines was great!!!
