LLM, M1 or M2 taught in English in France (low tuition fees)

As some of you may know, since 2018-2019 the president Macron has launch a new rule in regard to the cost of studies for foreigners at Public Universities, going up to +3000 Euros for Master Degrees. Despite of this, there are very few universities actually charging overseas students with these cost.
Do you guys know something about which universities are not charging overseas students?
As far as I know, the the legal standing for this tuition increase is under review. The uncertainty means that many universities have not enacted them. A lot can change between now and 2021, though. 
Does anybody know programmes belonging to LLM, M1 or M2 fully taught in English?

Most of those institutions will offer some kind of English-language programs. Paris 1, Lyon Law School, Paris 2, Lyon Catholic, Sciences Po, even QMUL has a campus in Paris that offers English-language LLM programs.
