I feel sorry about this guys. But Philippine is right you should call or email the Dean in order to get more informations about the reasons why your application was denied.
You should check on the website if there is a process for reconsideration. Most uni do that, they call you or skype or even sometimes they plan an interview to hear your motivations and reconsider the application.

Is there anyone who didn't receive any answer yet? Still waiting for one for the general non thesis LLM.

No actually I didn't. I really only applied to the IASL by interest more than for the diploma, so this was my only application
