I am Korean, and does not have any LLB, but have LLM degree which took 2yrs course works in Korea. And recently, I finished 3 yrs course work Ph D in Law in Korea also.
Currently, I am planning to apply LLM in International Taxation at NYU.
In this connetion, I have two questions.
Firstly, I would like to know whether I would be qualifed to apply to LLM in Inter Tax at NYU. This results from the reason why I have no LLB, but 2 yrs LLM and 3rs PhD in Law instead.
Secondly, if I can a get LLM in inter tax at NYU, and then, can I apply for NY Bar exam? This question comes from difference between each eligiblity as I know.
I am very helpful and thankful if one of you let me know the info.

I'm not sure whether you fulfill the requirements to apply for the LLM. Take a look at the NYU's Law website.
As to the NY Bar, you will have to meet certain requirements in your course list to sit for the Bar Exam.
