Nacho is right, there is no better prog, just depends on your interests and what you're looking to gain from the LLM. Although, being in Shanghai would be a definite advantage for exposure!

Yes, I am looking for accommodation, I think it will be much easier to find something in Shanghai but in Singapore it seems to be pretty hard to find something for a short period!

these LLMs at NUS start in August 2011 but is there any exact calendar date somewhere? Like ending time etc?

This is what I found awhile ago, and it seems accurate - I think the overseas orientation is the week prior for grad students.
