What are my chances? please help!

Hi, Im an international student, planning to apply for LLMs to almost all of the Toptier schools.

I dont know how high my chances are. So I need some opinions! Please...

I have a JD equivalent degree from a law school in Asia. Recently passed the DC bar. Have interned at Alabama Supreme Court as a law clerk for a short time (about 2 months since it was done during my academic year), interned at the legal office of the US ARMY BASE in Korea for about 2 months. I have LORs from the Justice I law clerked for, my mentor lawyer from the internship at the Supreme Court, and the lawyer I worked for at the base, and one from my professor back in law school. Thats it for my work experience. My TOELF score is 105. My grades from law school is not that great. (3.14/4.5)

Do you guys think I have a shot for the top tier law schools? What about GEORGETOWN? Thanks!!!
