What are my chances?

What are my chances to get into the following schools for TAX LLM?

NYU, Georgetown, Florida, Boston, Northwestern

My stats:
Top 20%/3.32 at Kansas [high-end T2]
A in Federal Income Taxation [Taking Biz Tax this semester]
Dramatic upward trend in GPA
I am only 24.. and will apply at 24... Will this hurt?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I think you have some compelling stats. I can't say what your chances are but I think you have a shot. Better move fast on the applications though most schools review on a rolling basis.
