Hey, you have got a tough choice to make. If money is not so much of a concern getting a TOP 10 badge on you is prestigious and honorary. Further, if you are looking to work in the US then being a part of the "T-14" as referred to by law firms is an advantage.
When did you get the UVA admit?

I know I really want to find a job in the US after my LLM that is why UvA would be better I guess. But 30.000 is a lot and IP in Seattle is also good. Also got offer from Duke and GW but at the moment without scholarship.
I will be able to pay UVA but if it is not worth paying 30.000 more ...

Offer from UVA was beginning of march. Same for Seattle.
Duke beginning of February.
Called UVA and they will try to raise my 5000 dollar scholarship
Thing is I already gave the 500 dollar deposit to UVa and a 600 dollar deposit for my apartment there
