Dear brothers/sisters,

I have a PhD in Molecular Medicine from Australia and am planning to do online LLM IP law course in UK along with my full time postdoc research in Canada.
My question is, will I be able to practice appear USPTO exam with these degrees?
Will my LLM IP law online course (say if i get distinction) without prior law degree/experience qualify me to appear for the USPTO exam as a non-US and practice as a patent attorney or patent agent?
Will LLM IP law online degree ever qualify me to become an attorney in any US states?
