I was waitlisted, but I don't care, since I have Chicago's offer, and Chicago is better and more selective than Penn. Once I have CLS, HLS, NYU and Berkley notices I will take my final decision.

However, I was trying to figure out Penn's admissions criteria. I thought that I will have better probabilities of being admitted at Penn than at any of the abovementioned law schools (in fact Penn was my safe school) , but I was selected by Chicago and not by Penn. In addition, I have seen in this tread that people who were rejected by Chicago and CLS were admitted at Penn, and, on the other hand, people admitted at CLS and Chicago were rejected by Penn.

Maybe I am thinking too much, and luck plays a huge role in admissions criteria.

I have applied in CLS,Upenn.... not heard of an offer or rejection.. even in my country people got offers so far... :_(

I don't know you, but I believe that Chicago and Columbia are better than Penn, so, as I said in one post above, I can't understand Penn admissions criteria.
