Just saw that some of us got admission e-mails today (or so I am guessing from the app tracker).

Congrats to all of us who have already got good news. To those of you still waiting, all the best!

Congrats! Do you mind me asking when your application was complete? Mine was submitted Nov 26, complete Dec 1 and I haven't heard yet.

I sent mine on Nov 24, however I can't find an e-mail acknowledging it was complete (sorry!).

Just keep waiting (easier said than done), imagine all the applications the committee has to deal with.

I also recieved an email from UPenn but they said that before they make a decision on my application they must review the general application pool. A final decision should be made by early March.

I have just noticed my Current Status is "Decision Rendered" and Current Status Date "2/29/2016" (Regular Cycle). What is yours? This probably means I/we should expect decision(s) soon, right?

Mine is still under review. Is that a bad sign?

Same here - current status says "decision rendered" and current status date "2/29/2016". Has anyone done an analysis of previous U Penn posts to figure if this is a good sign or a bad sign?

That means you got it. That's how it worked last years at least.

Applied on the last day of the deadline - December 15. With minutes to spare!

@lml - Thanks for giving me hope :). Hope your words reign true.

I also got the "decision rendered" status. I noticed it earlier today, but it says current status date 2/29, so yesterday. Hopefully that means we'll get an e-mail soon.. Last year some of the people received the e-mail later that same day that the status changed to decision rendered, it seemed like. Finger's crossed
