I applied on 11/30 and went complete 12/01 but my status still says application under review since December. Is it a bad sign that some people on the regular track already got offers?

Same here. My application went complete on Dec. 16. It is probably a bad sign.

As for me, most of my queries have been addressed by Penn during this hour of the day in the past.
When did it go blank, any idea?

I had applied under the Early Notification cycle and was Held for further review. The status was the same till yesterday when I last checked. US morning time. So I guess sometime during the day. I hope I get a solid yes or no.

It seems "rendered" means "admitted" or "rejected" and blank means "waitlisted", according to last year's experience. Any way, we will know soon.
