Congrats Thecow!!! u got a seperate mail about your scholarship or within the admission mail they mentioned?

I received it in a separate email but at the same time as the admission... I guess there are different kind of scholarships and they give it separately.

Hi, congrats on your admission.
You don't apply for a scholarship at UCLA, everyone is considered for it. However, my guess is that if you dind't recieve the email with the scholarship already (its a separate email sent like 3 minutes apart from the one granting admission) you didn't get one. I might be wrong though.
Good luck!

Guys, congrats to you all.
@Stratochelo thanks a lot for your reply. Im sorry to say that but I really hope youre wrong. You broke the sell here :( !! Why do you think the scholarship-related email should necessarily come along with the admission email ?
Thanks and once again congrats to my perhaps future classmates :DD

Hey!
I hope I'm wrong.
As I said it's just a guess, based on completly insuficient and anecdotic data (Thecow's comments here and my personal experience).
Also you have the wording of the acceptance email: "If the Committee has granted you a financial aid award, you will receive a separate email." Note that it says "has granted you" in present, so to me it means that decisions on this regard have already been taken.
You can always write Vic Telesino an email and ask if they will be sending more scholarship decisions on the next few days.
That being said I really appreciate that UCLA sent, at least to some applicants, both decisions together (admission and scholarships). In my opinion this shows that they care about their students, unlike other Universities that expect you, and actually urge you, to pay even before you know if you will get any help.

Greetings All.
Just found out about this website (it's a welcome distraction from bar exam prep, 2 week away FML).
I also applied to the Entertainment Law program, but have yet to hear back. Just looking through the history, it seems the domestic applicants receive confirmations a bit later than the international students. Can anyone confirm?
I visited the campus last spring I know a majority of the spots are reserved for for international students. Just trying to lessen the anxiety!
Congrats to everybody who got it! Hopefully we'll get to hang out in a couple of months. :P
