I e-mailed them too and they said that it was due to a technical issue. Now it is back to complete. I wonder when decisions will be made. My application was completed late January. When should I expect a decision?

Mine is back to complete again, it seems to me that there is some technical error due to their application process.

lol... maybe today?? I find it so strange that they claim to have already sent out decisions (and continue to do so on a rolling basis) yet no one on here has heard back yet. I was told 1-2 weeks when I asked for an expedited response, so I guess someone here needs to be hearing back pretty soon.

When have you asked them to expedite your application? I received the same answer a week ago...

Wow! The first confirmation of notification. Sorry it didn't work for you winter. Sounds like you're in a great situation anyway.

you make a good point. Thanks for putting the optimistic spin on things. Again, I'm sorry to hear about your results. Did you hear back today?

Yeah i got a e-mail on monday evening uk time so they sent it out on monday morning so i think most applicants will hear back this week. As a UK student i dont know how the rankings are at US schools, Is UCLA like the Oxford and Cambridge of the us, i know its a public school but is getting a place as competetive as say harvard or yale, if so, i probably wont bother applying again next year. Also when you fill a application they ask if you have already applied before. Does this work in your favour? In that they will look at how your application has improved or is it a form of black listing? I'm asking this all assuming your a US student so you'd have a better understanding of how the schools works. Thanks and good luck :)

Sorry to hear about that...
UCLA is a very good school but it's not even close to Cambridge or Oxford. If you would like to have a comparable uni to oxbridge than I guess you should apply at Harvard, Yale, Stanford, Columbia and maybe NYU...UPenn or Chicago as well as Berkley...although rankings are not sacrosanct...these names are the topshots in the US

If you don't mind me asking, what did you apply for and what was your profile like? I assume UCLA wasn't your first choice... It is mine and I'm quite nervous now as I am also a UK applicant!
