I believe they have fullfiled most of the places, but not all of them. Otherwise, they will not wait to send to everyone else the reject email. The game is not over.

I expect one place in the LLM programme to become vacant. Some people have applied to two programmes and were admitted to both. So not all hope is lost.

Opportunity, preparedness and timely action make things happen, or at least, put us in the race. And then, so much depends upon the application pool. And there is also the lottery effect.

Unless a miracle happens in the next three days, I will most likely be giving up my place in the SPILS. I am very sad for the unfortunate turn of events (i.e. insufficient funding), but I take comfort in the fact that a life changing opportunity will be opening for somebody else. So, as I said above, keep the faith because one of you will be receiving a call soon.

Dear Oldtimer, i am really sorry about these latest news, maybe you may request a deferal this year..I dont have any idea about their deferal policy but maybe with a logical explanation they'll accept it..in any event, don't be sad about that, time determines whether an event is bad or not..

I see...I was notified of being on the wait list (LST program) on March 9. I think today is the deadline for some admitted applicants to LST to accept or decline the offers. Don't know if a life changing opportunity would be opening for me...
