I am planning to apply for LLM 2012-2013 in Harvard and some other schools as well. I have a question about recommendation letters. Can I get the recommendation letter from my school teacher in advance in sealed envelope and submit it with application later. Is it compulsory to attach the recommendation forms with the recommendation letters? I am in US currently and it will take me some time to get the letters from my home country.

If I'm not wrong you can ask for electronic recommendation. So in the e-admission there's an option to put the teacher's email. The website will send them the link that contained the information on how to submit the recommendation electronically. I've tried it last year, too bad Harvard did not accept me.
