There has not been rejection on this forum by far...looks like no news does not mecessarily mean good news in this case....

The admission decisions for LL.M. applicants of Harvard will be made only by late March.

harvard???? Well anyways..i think harvard will realease decisions on the first day after their spring break like in past years. The spring break is on march 14-18 th..applicants should be contacted on the 21st, monday...the deadline for accepting scholarships at nyu is on the 17th...is it too much of a conspiracy theory or is it the so called 'strategy'? :)

I have a missed call from NYU on my mobile. Do they call the new LL.M. students? Anyone with experiences?

Hi everyone. If it can be helpful, I saw in the app tracker a guy who was rejected for the LLM in taxation. I asked him the way he knew the result and he told they sent him an email with a link to the decision taken.

A post from yesterday mentioned this. A prof from NYU asked the admitted student if he or she had any problem about the course....

Did anyone else get a call from the NYU?
It sounded strange that they called only one admitted student and not the others. Well, maybe they're calling people with scholarships...

Anyone out there who received a scholarship and a call?

What's that supposed to mean? They're trying to win your heart? :)

What's your deadline german2nyc? (sorry, you probably have written it before on the board but now this thread has reached to hundreds of messages :) )

Well, it seems that admitted or rejected, all of us will receive an email from NYU at some point.

Has anyone admitted to the full-time LLM domestic tax program in NYC (other than Trimanms) received a scholarship? If so, had you already accepted NYU's offer? I'm wondering whether sending in enrollment form/deposit speeds things up. Also, were you notified by e-mail? Thank you!! Good luck to everyone! This waiting game is crazy!

It's worth a shot.. But I bet you're going to get a standard answer like: "decisions are being made on rolling basis and are likely to be done by mid-March. plz check your mail everyday.." Maybe not...who knows...

I am afraid it wont help much, speaking from experience. Usually they reply you with their standard message..

Or maybe they just get upset and reject me...who knows. But it's all so frustrating...I'd like just to know if it's yes or not.

I just called and they said acceptances will roll at random (as the committee decides) until April. Let the waiting game continue for way way way too long ...
