I called NYU and they said decisions are being released "starting from today on a rolling basis".

Strictly speaking, decisions obviously started yesterday. Also, they didn't want to elaborate further on what "rolling basis" meant (they just said that it was "as decisions were being made". So I'm not sure what to make of this, as they just said "check your email every day".

I have been clicking refresh and sleeping with the bberry under my pillow for the last two day's...it can't last a month!

maybe the people on the phone aren't even admissions officers but rather students paid to handle anxious callers from abroad! They may even be sticking to a script as last time I called I was told decisions would be "late March to early April" which is obviously inaccurate.

We really can't blame the people working the phones.

And for what I know of my uni's administration ... it's great they even answer the phone in this period!

There was one report earlier in this thread of an admission today (to the Corporate program).

The fact that no one got the Hauser yet can mean two things. On the positive side, the Hauser decisions haven't been made yet (but then...why release the Vanderbilts and Dean's Awards), however, on the negative, the people that got the Hauser are not participating in this discussion (maybe they are throwing a three day party to celebrate their success).

I would attend that carnival! I couldn't throw one of my own because I am, for all intents and purposes kidnapped by a group of lawyers right now, however...yes! Getting the Hauser DOES deserve every imaginable kind of celebration (bar anything Charlie Sheen might do)!

Yes, people have been admitted today. In fact, a friend of mine just got admitted a couple of minutes ago.
Additionally, I know that they have granted Grotius scholarships to some people. I know someone who got one yesterday

Answering the previous questions:
I'm Brazilian, I sent my application by November 26th and I got the e-mail stating my application was completed in January 11th.
I got admitted to the Traditional LL.M with the Arthur Vanderbilt Scholarship (email received yesterday - 03/07/11).

my application went complete on 21 January. So perhaps they may be releasing decisions in the order in which the app went complete as well.

Sorry to debunk this theory, but mine was completed January, 6.
