Hey all! For those of us who have been admitted but were not offered a scholarship: is it possible to still get an scholarship offer? I know they say that they will contact students about it until enrollment day, but the question should be: is it realistic to expect that they will still give out scholarships to those who have been admitted, but didn`t get any amount of financial help? I'm starting to get really pessimistic about this.
NYU is a little evasive about this, but my perception is that all scholarships have been offered. Now, a number of awarded candidates should decline admission and the respective scholarship award would then be offered to the "next in line". I believe this is an ongoing process until all scholarships are accepted.
So it all boils down to how many people are ahead of you and how many will decline admission to NYU. I don't expect any scholarship either, but enrolled at NYU anyways.
