Weird. The status checker congratulates me on my admission, but I've had no email so far...

same here :) But it says that the email should arrive shortly if it has not already.

Where in the status checker does this message appear?

That's the first thing it says now, in a nice big font:)

Mine was showing the admitted message few hours ago and just got the admittance email. So if it is showing to you, expect the email in the following hours.

Hey guys,

Congratulations to the people who have been accepted!

What does 'going blank' actually mean as I am new to this phrase.

I'm a British student who has applied for the Traditional LLM, still not heard anything yet so I'm starting to panic a bit even though we've still got a while so I'm staying hopeful.

My boxes on the online status check are grey - does this mean they have 'gone blank' ??

And even if we don't get in, do they send an email telling us?

Thanks!

Good luck to you all!

Sophie

Honestly do not worry about the online status check, I just received my acceptance email and my status never changed.

I was so worried because my list never goes blank. Just got admitted to Corporate Program. Finally feel relieved. So yes don't worry too much about the status check. Good luck everyone!

Just got admitted to the International Legal Studies program! My applicant status page never went "blank" so I wouldn't put too much currency in that theory. I intend to enrol and look forward to meeting everyone in August. Good luck to those still waiting and congratulations to all who were admitted!

for the full-time, domestic tax LLM, does anyone know if scholarship offers have already been made?

My acceptance e-mail did not say anything about scholarships, and I assumed that applicants with scholarship offers received those offers at least a few weeks ago. Does anyone know?

I believe that scholarships should come with your offer email/package.

Speaking of which, how are you guys planning on paying for your degree? I've been working for a few years after law school and would prefer not to pay with savings or take out debt for another degree (learned that lesson the first time).....Do you guys know if there are other ways to pay for tuition? Like work as TAs? I know my JD school offered a full-tuition waiver plus stipend for TA work.

I think this year they changed their policy re: stalling overall decisions for potential scholarship recipients - the process seems different than what I saw on last year's thread...

Admitted to Traditional LLM.

After frantically checking the e-mail every 5 minutes for the last couple of days, somehow I didn't look at my phone since yesterday evening, and of course that the admission e-mail came yesterday and I saw it today, late in the morning :D The feeling is good.

And confirmation date is April 14.

Among the people who have been admitted to CIIL, did you choose the Antitrust or the IP focus? I was just wondering if there is some kind of pattern there, even though I am pretty sure that they are sending decisions on an almost completely random basis. Ugh, this wait is driving me nuts!

Hello People!! I was wondering whether or not the non-receipt of an offer, at this stage, imply a rejection? The wait is rather unnerving!!!

Considering the numerous applicants who have received offers, is it possible that NYU is done accepting and will now be communicating to the applicants whether they are wait-listed or rejected?????????

Antitrust on my side.
Hope you'll hear from them soon. Good luck.
