Hi everyone!
To the ones that got accepted to the Environmental LL.M. and did not receive any scholarship (as me): Do you have a second option to pursue the Environmental Program? I have Duke (which offered a US $ 10,000 tuition scholarship); I think I am gonna decline Berkeley's and UVA's offers.
Which is better regarding the Environmental LL.M.? NYU or Duke? I am not just asking for the rankings but for other reasons you might have.
Thank you for your answer!

Still waiting for the traditional LLM. Hope still lies as it's the biggest program I think.

Hi guys,
To those who are interested to know, I received my offer of admission at NYU Law through email last Friday, March 8th, and received the NYU Law packet by post today, March 11th. I was surprised at how quick they send the offer letter by post that I am beginning to theorize the same was sent from Singapore. Although, I am yet to find out when I get home from work.

Hey:! I actually ot admitted via e-mail to NYU traditional program! Still didn't receive the packet though.
In the e-mail there were no news as to the financial aid! So i just wanted to ask if this means I have none or if it will be in the packet sent via post???
Thanks in advance! and good luck and bon courage to those still waiting for decisions.

If there is no mention in the e-mail, that means that there is really no financial aid.
Don't worry, a lot of us didn't get financial aid as well :)

Hi! I am waiting for the official offer, I guess that the post service in my country is not that fast! May you please tell us the enrolment deadline.
Thanks

Hi guys,
I have a discussion topic for those already admitted and considering options - I have been accepted at Columbia and NYU. My background is in international law/human rights and I am finding it quite difficult to distinguish between the two programs in this field. Is anyone else facing the same dilemma? I feel NYU has a more impressive faculty, although Columbia makes up for that with its options for fellowships/externships/etc, and a little more prestige for whatever that's worth. Thoughts anybody? :)

Both schools are great for International law! I would say that while in private international law and arbitration NYU is slighly better (and remark slight), in public law -including human rights- CLS has more weight... in same conditions (no financial aid, or similar financial aid in both), I would chose CLS in your case... what maybe here you find people who gives you wiser advice! :)
