Hi guys,
I have a discussion topic for those already admitted and considering options - I have been accepted at Columbia and NYU. My background is in international law/human rights and I am finding it quite difficult to distinguish between the two programs in this field. Is anyone else facing the same dilemma? I feel NYU has a more impressive faculty, although Columbia makes up for that with its options for fellowships/externships/etc, and a little more prestige for whatever that's worth. Thoughts anybody? :)
I have the same thoughts. I am also very interested in international law (public) and human rights, and I have applied to both NYU and Columbia, althought I haven't received decision from any of those two yet, but I might face the decision one day. I think I would choose Columbia over NYU.
