(not strictly LLM, however any quick tips would be apprecitated)
I am a prospective Fulbright student from Europe (non-attorney) engaged in tax fields, and looking for a decent Master of Taxation (not LLM) course in the US.
What would be my best choice? Any ideas?

I strongly recommend you apply to the LLM in NYU or Georgetown - they have the best tax programs in the world and it has a huge domestic reputation also.
Law schools sometimes admit non-lawyers into LLM programs and once admitted you can take courses that you like (or even cross-register to the business school courses).
I am not aware of any graduate program outside law and business in the top universities.
