I am not sure I was clear, but the rent which is included, is the housing (1300 + 300/400 utilities), nothing llike 2000-3000 thousand for the regular aptos in NY.

Expensive but it depends....QM cheap...cuz they have nice houses and in a less expensive area of the city, KCL, UCL, LSE expensive
