I need help as i have talked to a LLM candidate who have applied last year in Upenn/NYU/Columbia/Harvard... as i did this year and haven't heard from Upenn/Columbia so far.. That guy told me that as these law schools will not reply for your rejections till the last dates, you should mail them now for your admission decisions... otherwise you will have to bear the burden to pay early fee for low rank law schools to secure your seat... So he suggested me as Upenn/Columbia have sent the final admission mails and kept people in wait list, i should ask them for my final admission decision. So far i will have to submit the fee Btw Duke and Geortwn... what should i do as NYU will send their decision by mid of March..

Someone wrote here that NYU would release the decisions the 1st week of march.

Upenn said "by March 1", and apparently no one received a decision from them here (for the regular cycle). So I guess it'll be tomorrow.

About CLS, we don't know how many people have received an email of admission.

You can ask for an expedite decision to CLS if you want.

But in Upenn and Columbia people have received offers..

People - who applied early review - received admissions from UPenn, yes...

CLS released some decisions for both early and regular cycle. As it is on a rolling basis, they will keep sending decisions untill April.

However, if you have other deadlines, you can ask for an expedite decision.

CLS will not wait with your decision once they look at it. The thing is that they cannot tell you when they look at it, because they randomly look at applications...but if you have othe deadlines waiting, they will be glad to expedite your decision. You just have to send them a proval of your deadline...

Another possibility is that you ask to prolonge the deadlines of the other unis.

NYU seems to start with sending their acceptances by now...

I got admitted to Upenn today, sure didn't apply for early decision, my app was complete ten days ago.
