I still got no news from NYU. Does anyone know if they sent out the final round of notice last night?

The fact that I didn't get any $ might be a deal-breaker for me.

Have declined admission of NYU. NYU is not worth USD 70,000 amid this economic crisis. Quite disappointing and unsatisfactory no schoalrship was offered.

I know how you feel, 100%. I know that not everyone can be given $$ to attend, but I am really surprised I didn't receive a cent. Perhaps I have an inflated sense of self. Boo.

Looks like NYU offers are in full swing. I have a slightly odd query about this. In January, I was sent an email by NYU saying that the committee had reviewed my application, and was keeping it on hold till I submitted additional documents - like my latest semester exam transcripts etc. Since the results came out pretty late, I was only able to send in those additional documents last week. Naturally I don't expect a response till the end of this week. I remember reading on the Discussion Board sometime in January that someone else was also asked for documents similarly. Since the offers have started pouring in, I was wondering whether this person did get an offer and scholarship. I know that it's rather unrelated and premature of me, but I'm just terribly jittery now. A friend of mine in a similar situation got an offer just today (she was able to send in her documents a week before me). She didn't apply for scholarships so I was wondering if any such person who was asked for additional documents got an offer/scholarship.
