To all test-eMail-recipients: Where are you from?

It seems that I am waiting alone ;(

In at Harvard - got the second test email after my admission email!

There are a lot of people out here waiting. I am watching "Casablanca" and I'll wait until the plane leaves......

I think we all have a chance to be admitted/ cos it is normal that those who received the test email this morning got their acceptance email,/ concerning the second test email I think that it is normal too that the admitted student also received it if the aim is to have all admitted students in their system /applicants who received this evening the email are probably been add to the system that's why those who received the email this morning received it again/
I also think that they can't email all admitted student in the time so there a first and second round according to me
so let's hope and pray/ seriously why HLS staff would like to correspond with rejected students indeed the email said if your email address has changed let us know for our correspondence /

admitted students got their 1st e-mail notifications in the morning, then admission and finally 2nd (general/ sent to everyone) mails..

unfortunately, rejected students just got the 2nd round e-mails..
the rejections will be sent on monday, or the following days...
ps: im in the second round and was already hopeless for admission.

underpressure, it is not that obvious to me. at penn, applicants started receiveing admissions as early as 8am and mine only arrived at 12:30am the next day. seriously, there's absolutely NO logic in admissions proceeding.

I'm not convinced as yet.

I've noted some top students on here (ie: who received scholarships at NYU and other top schools) who were not admitted but received the second "test" email.

Ah well.. time will tell.

What was the time you received e-mails offering admission? And do you think they have send at the same time e-mails to all admitted?

Hi everyone! I got admitted to Harvard!! I am from Scotland. Received first test e-mail. Also got second test e-mail after receiving admissions e-mail. I only applied to Harvard and Oxford and got admitted to both.
Congratulations to everyone admitted and good luck to those still waiting to hear.

Hey guys. no more speculations. listen to me:
My friend, a current student at Harvard, just walked into the admission office and asked the Head of Admin Off. The Head told him that those who are admitted are sent emails at the same time by the evening of Friday, MA time. Those who do not receive it today will get waitlisted or rejections. I only got the second test email so I am not in the accepted applicants' pool now. But I will go to Penn. Congrats to all those admitted!!

Thanks! There are no conditions on the e-mail. Can't believe it! They just said they wanted to tell me the good news now and an official letter would follow in the next few days (by FedEx). Good luck
