i know it's hard, but let's keep things in perspective folks...most of us got in to a number of good schools already and we are waiting to hear back from one more...we - unlike a number of families in china and malaysia right now - are not waiting to find out if our loved ones are dead or alive...somber thought, I know, but it certainly helps to keep things in perspective.....

Here here!
Great perspective Marie; thanks for sharing this here. I want to share a personal real-life story now in addition to this. A couple of years ago, I was in coma. All my family members, friends, loved-ones waited for days in the hospital wondering whether I would wake up or not. This is a less painful, if any, waiting process as compared to people in China or Malaysia or the people involved in my story and thus I would strongly advise everyone to stay calm.

I don't think so.
Marie call them and they answer her, so they were working yesterday.
I don't think it really matters that much since we will have to wait until next monday anyway...
Good luck!

I never feel anxious about the final result because I think I have made every effort and composed the strongest files for Harvard. If I did not make Harvard, I am sure I will do well wherever the life takes me. Good luck, everyone.

Hello everybody! I've talked with a friend who is currently a LL.M. student at HLS, and she has told me that we won't have news untill next monday. The rumor is that there will be no answers until the end of spring break. I hope that she is wrong, but still I wanted to share this information with you. Good luck!

Does anyone know from past experience or other source if scholarship/financial aid decisions will be notified altogether with admission decisions? Or must we wait a little longer for those?
Posted Mar 19, 2014 00:24
I understand from last year's thread, that financial aid decisions are released after admission decisions.

I was freaking out on Monday, but now I feel more calm and focused right now. Reading this thread really helps, because I am feeling that I am not alone! Now, I feel more excited in a good way because, the results might come out when you are working, jogging or at the movies. :) I really like this excitement and I love a good suprise (and yes, you can call me crazy :) )
And the guys that still freaking out, the fact that we chose to pursue a career with an LLM, shows that we are different than others. We are in a life-long-learning job, we can never stop reading, never stop learning. And LLM is a new perspective to many of us. It shows us, that we value knowledge and learning new things as lawyers. And just by applying to Harvard shows us that we REALLY qualified. We did our best, what's done is done and hope for the best!

i wanna share with you this post guys!
"Joseph waited 13 years.
Abraham waited 25 years.
Moises waited 40 years.
Jesus waited 30 years.
If God is making you wait, you're in good company."
TO GOD BE THE GLORY!
God bless us!
