Hmm... maybe my situation was easier to answer? I just needed a correction for my financial aid application.

Any news regarding financial aid? :)
Posted Mar 24, 2014 23:04
Hey guys, does one have to accept the offer to get the outcome of the financial aid or will they just send results to all admittees (regardless of whether or not they have accepted).
Also, what is the deadline for acceptance?
Thank you!

Hey Debora,
There's a facebook group for the admitted students , aren't you there? If not, let me know and I'll ask the administrators to add you.
All the best,
Felipe

Did everyone get much aid?
Posted Apr 08, 2014 12:01
I am not sure about others but Harvard was very generous and offered substantial help. And it took only couple of days to get HLS financial aid decision.

I don´t know about others, but I had April 23.

Hi!
Can someone please clarify whether 2 LORs for HLS should be okay (that's the minimum) - or will it be disadvantageous, given that HLS recognises, and is infact correct, that almost all applicants submit 3!
Anyone particularly with personal experience on this one?
Thanks.

Hi, I am a current LL.M. student at HLS. As you mentioned, most applicants submit 3 (I also submitted 3 last year). But these LoRs and the number will depend on your past qualification and background. I hope it helps and good luck with your applications.

@bkarakoylu: thanks for your prompt reply. I'd like to understand if there is an unsaid disadvantage for an applicant who submits only two, while most submit three, LORs. Does the HLS admissions committee also consider the number of LORs, assuming all other factors remain the same. Thanks.
