I was checking through the posts from last year gtown early apps, and I found some useful information.
The ones that get rejected or deferred will receive an e-mail on December 15th (this thursday), and the ones who get accepted won't hear anything from them. Instead, they will receive an e-mail from Fedex a couple of days later saying that they have a package coming from Washington, DC., which is precisely the acceptance letter.
On the other hand, there are some people that have trouble receiving the physical letter, so Georgetown, after a couple of days, send them an e-mail confirming that they were accepted.
Hope this helps you. I'm also eager to know if I got in, so if I don't receive any e-mail from them this thursday, that means I'm probably in. You should approach it this way too.
Best regards

The above timeline makes sense for foreign-trained LLM applicants, as the G'town website indicates that decisions for early action foreign-trained applicants will be issued by Dec. 15.
Would US-trained LLM applicants already on file also be notified around Dec. 15?

It means they're already reviewing it.
Mines like that since December 7th, and i'm expecting a decision tomorrow.
Reading last year's thread, tomorrow the status should be changed to "DECISION"
If anyone receives an e-mail from them, please let me know! Thanks

They also describe the admissions process as "rolling." What's the benefit of having a rolling process if you don't announce decisions along the way?
Why would an admissions office lock itself into a decision if it doesn't communicate that decision to the applicant? Might as well just consider all applications at once and have one round of internal decisions. That way the committee would maximize its flexibility.
