I think their website is down atm, atleast that's something.
I was checking last year thread, and a guy received a deferral e-mail at 5:30 pm on the 15th. Then on the 18th, people started getting emails from fedex, which meant they were accepted.
Its tough, but most of us probably wont hear from them today.

Total speculation, but I imagine that the committee might check out a stack of applications, at which point those files are "under review". When the committee is done looking at them, they are checked back in, and are again "complete."
Somebody will look at the notes the committee made and enter decisions into the system. Applications not decided will later go back into "under review" when the committee reconvenes.
Just my theory.
