And Globalawyer, I think it depends on what kind of Visa you have. If it's the kind that allow you to stay after graduated, then you might be able to stay.

Yes I knew about the OPT Program, but I was referring more to the possibilities of getting an internship/job after the LLM - I've heard it's extremely hard, if not impossible. Even uni websites say the LLM is designed for you to go home afterwards. Do you guys know anyone who has stayed, and do they feel it was very difficult?

I still haven't made my final decision as to where I will be going next year! But if GT, I will definitely take advantage of the externship program. Also try and do the NY Bar exam...you too?:)
