hi everyone,

I'm a foreign applicant and my application to Georgetown was complete on December 21, 2012 - I was just wondering if anyone else who applied around that time has gone under review/got a response yet?

I'm really hoping to hear back soon, as I have a deadline to reply to another school and I wanted my Georgetown result before making that decision. (Fingers crossed!)

I got acceptance package just now. Did anyone get a scholarship or is that something that follows later?

The materials say it comes later IF you applied and they only have like ten of them and for small dollars. If I read correctly.

Aso, for anyone who was admitted yesterday - are you able to access the admitted student website yet? I know the email said it would probably be 24 hours before we could access the website, but I'm hoping there's nothing wrong (living in fear that my admission email was a mistake haha)

That's why I'm concerned, it doesn't seem to recognize my last name and email, so it's not generating a username or password for me!

Just out of interest, what's the deadline to reply to the offer? I think Georgetown has the same deadline for everyone?

I think they wanted a deposit by April, but I'm not 100% sure about that

I got in on a Friday afternoon around 3pm their time, and my log-in didn't work until Tuesday. Yes, I got scared that I was admitted in error, but don't worry! ;)

And yes, the first deposit ($300) is due April 1 and the second deposit ($600) is due May 1.
