I had the application in, but my registrar's certification was late, so I was "complete" but not fully complete until the 14th.

Hey - same thing happened to me with the certification - I graduated in December and my registrar would not send the certificate until every single student's grades had posted and all the rankings were done for the entire school. But, unlike you - my application hasn't gone under review yet. You're lucky, under review usually means a decision within two days (at least that's what it looks like with all the other posts in this forum).

but I still think "under review" is a good sign for a forthcoming decision in the same week. I scrolled back through the discussion and it really seems like decisions come out pretty soon after the application changes to under review. But - hey what do I know - this is all guestimation. Mine went under review as 01/31/13. Went completed 01/11/13. I need lots of luck :)

My application status has just returned to "application complete". I cant believe it!

I dont have any idea if this means Im going to be rejected, wait listed or approved. What can I do with all my anxiety now?

Apparently this has happened in the past - look at the boards from last year.

Also, mine changed back to application completed as well.

I went back to application completed today as well. I was under review since january 8.

There seems to be a lot of activity today. This is the time of day that, in the past, they seem to have sent out decisions by email.

I don't know what to make of the change from "Under Review" back to "Application Completed." Hopefully, you all will get decisions within the next hour or two. Just guessing.

I'm not yet "Under Review"--unless they reviewed me and switched it back while I wan't looking. Not likely as I check several times a day :)

Monday is their deadline for notifying Early Action domestic students, so maybe they'll send out all emails on Monday??

I was deferred to regular decision. Not surprised.
