Features to get admitted in Northwestern LLM tax program

Hello,
I would like to know what kind of people first tier law school are looking for the LLM programs (northwestern, Chicago U, NYU...). I would differenciate it between American and International students. From my standpoint, US Law Schools are more likely to admit the former rather than the latter. But, if you are International Lawyer with few years of experience (let's say, 1 yr.) is there any chance I get admitted?

Well....Although this program is normally for American practitioners who wants to practice tax in U.S....after their JD..there are some international students in this program...This year there 5....2 of them graduated their JD in U.S. , and 3 of them not...

I am one of them....my profile is " No work experience" and also many of my U.S. friends just graduated their J.D...SO DO YOUR BEST..You have a chance
