Hi,
I am going to NYU next fall to attend the Corporation Law program. I have also been admitted in the APCLB but I am nor really sure if it's worth.
Is any of you planning to attend it this year? why? do you have any good references about it?
Apart from that, any of you will be in NYU for the Corporation program?
Thanks!!!!!!!!

Yup. Corporation law+APCLB...
Not going to take APCLB. Two reasons for it. 1) I dont think I'll be able to make it NYC so soon. 2) Its not worth it $ 15,000 and you get no credits for any of the courses for the bar.
Where are you from ?
Hope to c ya soon.!!!

I also got admission to the APCLB, but I decide not to do it.
My reasons are as following:
1. Financial concern: it is really expensive, and it allows you to take very limited courses (the three courses required in the summer are not exactly something I am interested in).
2. I doubt the value of such certificate: NYU LLM students can freely enroll to courses at business school without extra charges. So I am wondering, do I really need such a certificate to prove my abilities? Maybe the transcript with business courses will be enough.
3. Taking business courses + law courses will definitely work me to death. Three courses in summer may release the workload in fall and spring. But this reason, for me, does not surpass the previous two.
In conclusion, I think maybe I can get similar business education at NYU without extra charge. So....I am not going to pay for it.

I have been admitted to LLM Antitrust and the AP....
No way I will pay for the AP.........
Would rather make two LLM concentrations, if possible.
However, I still have doubts about NYU, Cornell and Georgetown.
Any last minute advise ?????

NYU - you'll have more fun and it's a great program.

Walomar. I got into Cornell too. As per the research I have done especially with Attorneys in the US. NYU is better than the other two.
