I am in the same situation as you, so I guess there is no need to panic.

However I would also like to know how long it took for people to get "application complete" -email?

I applied on 12th december and got reply yesterday saying application complete.

No, my application status is same with you @Idodee, still under "Verifying materials for completion" since 12/18/12

Under the Requirement List, only 1 box has been ticked by them (status for application fee).

@Godbless, is probably the 1st person who apply to Cornell for this year (according to her previous post) maybe she can share her current application status?

Btw do you think it`s important to have International Transcript Authentication and Evaluation Service (ITAES) from LSAC?

All the schools that I applied did not require it , but do you think it`s better to have and it will give an impact to our application or not?

It looks like my application is under review or going through the review committee, right now! Because my application has been complete for a long time but the status date was recently changed to the 18th of December!
I guess I should expect a decision soon! And hopefully, I will get in :)

and also I would suggest you get the ITAES done. Some schools actually say they require it. But if you have spoken to them and they don't, then it is up to you.

I do not think availing ITAES services will affect ur application - based on discussion with my seniors who are studying in premier law schools of US - NYU, Berkeley, etc.

However, ITAES will give u an idea where you stand and ur chances of making to good law schools as their evaluation is similar to law school procedure of evaluating our transcript. Hope this answer ur query :)

Status: Verifying materials for completion

Current Status Date: 12/21/2012

and I applied in the first week of December.

does "under review" status come after completion?

On January 9th I received an e-mail informed me that my application has been received and my status right now is "Verifying material for completion" some of the "Requirement list" boxes are fulfil however some are not, I applied through mail not by LSAC.

Does anyone applied through mail?? I would like to know what is the next step?

Even i got mail from Admissions Committee on 09.01.13 that they have received my application and SOP - as i courier it. However, they have not requested my transcript and LRs from LSAC. Any idea how much time they take?
