COLUMBIA VS NYU FOR IP LLM

Hey everyone! I hold offers from both Columbia and NYU (CIIL Program)!
I want to specialize in IP Law and New Technologies.
Which institution would you prefer and why (courses, location, career prospects, other factors)?

Thanks for you help!
